Empower the Players was founded by Katelyn Messina, a young athlete who saw a need to help her peers have a fair chance at participating in the sports they love. At Empower The Players, we envision a world where every young athlete can access the sports that inspire them. Whether it's soccer, basketball, volleyball, or any other sport, we believe that participating in higher-level club sports is essential for a young athlete's growth. We strive to eliminate barriers so that all athletes, regardless of background or circumstances, can pursue their passion and thrive.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide every young athlete with the opportunity to play the sport they love at a higher level. By offering sports grants, we remove financial obstacles that might prevent young athletes from participating in club sports. Our goal is to help them compete, learn, and excel in the sports they’re passionate about.
